No Black Art to Corrosion

Prominent NSW based marine corrosion consultants Logix Group believe in the old adage of “to be fore warned is to be fore armed”. Logix Group and their corrosion products and services partner Marine Protection Systems recently released a high quality corrosion education poster available to marine trades, service facilities and yacht clubs. The well designed A1 size poster provides clear photographic definition of the most common types of corrosion we see and offers clear and useful information on how it occurs and what we could do about it.

Marine corrosion can manifest itself in many different forms and most boat owners and even marine trades will agree that very little clear and simple information is publicly available “You can sift through thousands of technical articles on the web but nothing really exists that is a quick easy guide to identifying potential issues and then offering a possible solution, this poster does that job” said Jeff Bullock General Manager of Marine Protection Systems.

Logix Group are offering to send a digital copy of the poster to any marine industry business free of charge until the 30th August. If you would like to obtain a digital or high quality hard copy for either indoor or outdoor use please email them on

The MPS “Guide to Identifying Corrosion” is an eye catching tool to improve the day to day identification of marine issues and help the average boat owner solve them before they become costly hassles.
